If I have a concern …

At Wakari School we try our very best to ensure the majority of children, parents and caregivers are happy.

However, there are times when parents or caregivers need to voice their concerns or even make a complaint. We welcome your communication, so we can work together to resolve any issues.

Here is the process to voice concerns or to resolve complaints:

  1. See your child’s teacher FIRST. In the event that this does not satisfy you then:
  2. See the Syndicate Leader (Junior – Mrs Stanbridge, Middle – Mrs Lowden, Senior – Mr Waddell). If this does not work, then:
  3. See the Deputy Principal or Principal. If this does not resolve your issue, then:
  4. Write to the Principal and/or Board Chairperson.
